    Every individual is working hard to make both ends meet and to improve their lifestyle. For most people, life is so much robotic. They wake up in the morning, go to the office. Spend the whole day in meetings, presentations, or by sitting in front of the computer.

    They hardly find time for lunch so the easiest way is to eat unhealthy snacks or junk food. After such a hectic routine, the only thing they require is a good dinner and a nice cozy bed where they can lay down and watch Netflix till they fall asleep.

    Is it the right approach? The only goal of life is earning money? What if you don’t survive to enjoy what you have earned all life?

    Pack your bags a night before

    It’s hard to remember all the things in the morning. So, it’s better to organize your things a night before.

    Get all the things you need, Put them in a gym bag and just throw that bag in your car so that in the morning you don’t forget to take the gym bag with you. And this will give you another excuse for not going to the gym.

    Wear your gym suit under your office clothes

    This is one better idea for lazy ones. Who hates changing clothes again and again? And this is their main excuse for not going to the gym. Any branded companies have designed suit gym suites that you can wear under your office clothes.

    They are super comfortable and they don’t make you sweat too. To find out such gym suites and your problem is all solved. The only thing that you will have to change is your shoes. And that is not a big deal.

    When purchasing a gym suit go for the ones that take less space. And are easy to use too. Don’t go for very fancy stuff.  You should always have a pair of extra gym suit. Select the ones that can be washed and dried easily. As when you workout you cannot wear the same gym suit every day.

    Eat a healthy breakfast


    Working out is as important as eating healthy. Once you have decided to change your lifestyle you will have to change your eating habits too.

    If you want to start a good day, then you need to have a nice healthy breakfast. Breakfast should be the best meal of your day. It should contain slow-release carbs to make you feel full the whole day. Porridge, cereals, and a glass of fresh fruit juice are good examples.

    Get into your gym clothes before leaving office

    If you are not wearing your gym suit under your office dress then change your clothes before leaving the workplace. This is helpful as this act sends a signal to the brain and prepares you for the workout.

    You might be tired and if you are still in your office clothes, you might change your mind on the way back and instead of hitting the gym, you prefer to lay down on your couch and rest.

    Changing clothes before leaving work puts your mind in a different position. It gets you out of the office mode and ready to work out.

    Select a gym that is on your way back home

    Most of the time when you are extremely tired of working the whole day, it’s really difficult for you to go to a specific place that is far away from your office and home for work out.

    You would rather skip the idea on your way back and prefer the cozy couch instead of hitting the gym. People don’t like the idea of especially going to a specific place to do work out.

    In the evening after a hectic day, it’s really hard if the gym is far away and the traffic is stuck. This is one of the excuses for not going to the gym.

    So it is suggested that the gym you select should be on your way back home. It should have good parking space so that you can easily park your car and do your work out.

    Keep yourself hydrated

    It is important to keep yourself hydrated the whole day. Drink plenty of water. You should also carry a water bottle with you when you go to the gym.

    Exercising alone can be boring at times. So it’s better that you have a company. Ask an office colleague of yours t accompany you to the gym. You should select the person who is energetic and enjoying a workout. Hanging out with a lazy one will get your motivation in trouble too.

    Set your goals

    From the very first day of the gym, you should set your goals. You should have a chart made out in which your weight and all measurements should be noted.

    You should set a goal for the coming fifteen days or maybe a month that you want to achieve this level. Ask the gym instructor to help you with this. You should know how much you want to lose. Once your target will be marked, work hard to achieve it.

    Schedule your work out and be consistent

    Without proper schedule or plan, nothing works out. You should make a proper plan on how many times you will do the gym and how much time you will spend there.

    You should make a rule that whatever happens in your life you will do the gym at least three days a week. Although the target should be five days a week. But by making such a rule you will bound yourself to go to the gym at least three days a week.

    In the same way, the number of hours should also be defined. Suppose when you are a beginner you can set a routine of working out 30 minutes. Then gradually you can increase it up to 45 min to 1 hour. Depending upon how much you want to do it.

    Making rules are easier but the most important thing is to be consistent. Once you have made up your mind to live a healthy life. You will have to be consistent. And should not allow anything to come between you and your target.

    Select your playlist

    Yes, this is true. Music relaxes the mind. It is the best time to recall all your favorite numbers and make a playlist. Recall all the songs on which your body cannot resist dancing. Don’t make gym time a liability. Just make it a fun activity.

    On the last day of the week make a post-gym dinner plan with your friend or family. This plan can also be on the weekend. You have done a great effort throughout the week.

    So this is the time to reward you. Enjoy the food that you love the most and don’t worry about the calories as you will burn than in the next week. Go to the hotel or restaurant that you love the most and enjoy your meal.
